
Dr. Patricia Riley is the Founder and CEO of Teachers to the Nations, Inc .
She has over 30 years of experience in program development for the Christian, corporate, and International environments. Dr. Riley is an educator, a businesswoman, a community leader, and an author of two books, Standing On His Word and The Royal Priesthood .
Dr. Riley received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. She also holds a Masters and a Doctoral Degree in Theology from the International College of Excellence. In addition, Dr. Riley has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Christian Education Administration from Life Christian University.
Dr. Riley is an ordained minister at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, under the leadership of Bishop Eddie L. Long. She is currently the Senior Director of Christian Education, where she manages New Birth Bible Institute and Seminary and the Teachers Leadership Development Program.
Her corporate work history consists of 16 years with MCI Telecommunication Corporation as an Instructional Designer, Corporate Trainer, Customer Service Supervisor, and a Sales & Service Specialist.
Dr. Riley is an international speaker who has conducted conferences, seminars and workshops in Liberia, West Africa; Kenya, East Africa; and in Auckland, New Zealand. In September 2008, Dr. Riley was responsible for designing and implementing two Computer and Professionalism Empowerment Centers in Liberia, West Africa.
Her diversified background includes a wealth of professional and educational opportunities that have equipped her to conduct, create, institute and maintain in-depth training programs for both the corporate and the Christian communities.

Dr. Vonnetta West is the Director of Programs for Teachers To The Nations, Inc . She is passionate about developing leaders and service as a way of life.
Dr. West was an AmeriCorps Team Leader in Hands On Atlanta's AmeriCorps program, which she graduated from in June 2001, with 2100 hours of service. Dr. West joined the Hands On Atlanta staff in June 2001 and was with the organization until August 2005. Her last position with Hands On Atlanta was Associate Director of Leadership Development. She continued her work with National Service programs as the Director of Programs with Outward Bound Atlanta, a position in which she supervised 9 AmeriCorps members who served as character education facilitators to metro Atlanta youth.
In conjunction with her affiliations with AmeriCorps programs in the state of Georgia, Dr. West has formatted numerous service-centered workshops, including ‘Inside Out: Internal Adjustments for External Service' and ‘Salvation vs. Empowerment'. She has been a presenter at The Hands On Network Conference, the Hands On Atlanta Martin Luther King, Jr. Service Summit, and the CityCares Conference.
Dr. West serves as an Instructor for L.I.F.E. (Lay Institute for Empowerment) on the campus of New Birth in Lithonia, GA. As an instructor with L.I.F.E., she has taught several classes through the Christian Education Department. Course study classes include The Priesthood, Kingdom Theology III, Kingdom Seekers, Kingdom Possessors and Fundamentals of Writing. She was an active instructor and guide for various workshop sessions for “The Violent Take It by Force” College Conference, The Movement Conference and Chosen for 6th & 7th graders.
Dr. West also serves as an Instructor for New Birth Bible Institute. In this capacity, she has instructed numerous courses, including Old Testament Survey, New Testament Survey, Spiritual Gifts, Principles of Faith, Ministry Gifts and Church Government, and The Life and Teachings of Christ.
Dr. West has earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees; a B.A. in English from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama (2000) and a B.A. in Theology from the International College of Excellence, Tinsley Park, Illinois (2005). She received her Master of Arts in Theology degree from the International College of Excellence in December 2006. In December 2007, Dr. West earned her Doctors degree in Theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida.
In September 2008, Dr. West joined Dr. Patricia Riley in establishing two Computer and Professionalism Empowerment Centers in Liberia, West Africa.

TEACH LIBERIA!
The mission of Teach Liberia! is to equip the youth of Liberia, through vocational and issue education, to substantiate themselves as powerful, productive citizens of their country. Issue education traditionally refers to the instruction regarding the issues prevalent in the noted school community for the purpose of tracing the root of the issues and cultivating solutions for the issues. In validation of its mission, the Four Pillars of Teach Liberia! are Empowerment, Servant Leadership, Craftsmanship, and Apprenticeship.

President Johnson-Sirleaf, the first African female national leader, was elected President of the Democratic Republic of Liberia in November 2005. President Johnson-Sirleaf says education is foremost on her agenda, particularly for girls.
President Johnson –Sirleaf was made an honorary member of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, May 29, 2006. This esteemed presentation made by Dr. Patricia Riley. President Johnson-Sirleaf and Dr. Riley share the same passion to educate the youth of Liberia.
In January 2000, Dr. Patricia Riley began her missionary journeys to Liberia, West Africa. In September 2006, Dr. Vonnetta West accompanied Dr. Riley to Liberia on her sixth missionary assignment. In October of 2001, Dr. Riley assisted Rev. Glenn T. Mason, Director of Carver International Missions, in preparing, developing, and administering a strategic planning exercise with the faculty and staff of Carver Academy, Monrovia Bible College and Monrovia Bible Institute. In January 2002, Dr. Riley spearheaded the Carver Project team. The team was responsible for developing policies, procedures and guidelines for the Academy, and the Board of Directors. The result of these projects has dramatically changed the Academy’s effectiveness and has had an everlasting direct impact on the Academy, the College and the community.
These seven years of training experience in Liberia are but a small portion of the 27 years of educational experience Dr. Riley brings to this project. Dr. West has over 10 years of work experience in youth development and corporate team development. In January 2008, this dynamic team will dedicate their time and expertise in establishing a vocational school in Monrovia, Liberia.

On Saturday, May 23, 2009 , Teachers To The Nations , Inc. held its first Awards and Certificate Ceremony . During the ceremony, which was held at Victory Outreach Church in Oldest Congotown, Liberia , 50 ladies and gentlemen received their Beginners Certificates in computer knowledge . These 50 students completed 2 semesters of Beginners computer courses at NBEC, maintaining a 70 %average, and also had to practice at least 8 hours at an NBEC location.
In November 2008 , Teachers To The Nations began an Elect Ladies program, with 20 girls from the ages 13-17 and 25 college young women ages 18-24. The girls were selected from the Paynesville, Liberia area ; the college students attended school in the Monrovia city limits. They were all in school and were members of one of the churches in the community. Letters were sent to the parents for permission for the girls to attend our program, which was held at New Birth Empowerment Center , ELWA Junction and Carver Academy . The program was created to teach the young ladies to abstain from sexual relations until marriage. The Elect Ladies “ Vow of Purity Program's ” goals and objectives were to cause the young ladies to focus on Spirituality , Self-esteem and Gender Pride, Sex Education, Health Relationships, Forgiveness , Repentance & Restoration, STDs and HIV ; while setting values and goals for their lives. The girls were exposed to many different community programs that were geared toward one of our programs goals. In June 2009, at the conclusion of the program , the girls made a public confession to remain pure and to dedicate their lives to serving God.
